Overview

The Discounts system allows store owners to:

• Create custom discount codes

• Apply fixed or percentage-based discounts via checkout codes

• Restrict usage by customer or globally

• Discount code limits per user or globally on the store

• Set expiry dates for promotions

• Require Discord roles for access

• Automatically apply sales across products or categories

This makes it easy to run anything from simple promo codes to advanced targeted campaigns.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be created with fully custom names and behaviour.

Key Features

• Custom Code Names
  Create branded or campaign-specific codes (e.g. SUMMER25, LAUNCH, VIPONLY)

• Discount Types

  • Percentage-based (e.g. 10% off)

  • Fixed value (e.g. $5 off)

• Usage Limits

Discord Role Restrictions

FaxStore integrates with Discord to allow role-based discounts.

This allows discounts to be restricted to:

If a user does not have the required role, the discount will not apply.

Automatic Sales

Referrals are only created with a desired code which can then be copied directly or inserted at the end of any FaxStore URL with ?ref=NAME. For example referral link may look like https://example.com?ref=NAME.
