3.1.0 - Pre-Banning & Download Tracking

This FaxStore update brings new changes and features including a highly request account related feature. Some bug fixes are also made in this update.

Gift cards now have an API that an be used to create, fetch, and delete gift cards - see the gift cards API
A news/what's new modal is now displayed after updating FaxStore
Sent emails will now automatically change line breaks to HTML line breaks. No more manual line-breaking

Changed the install bash script to use a different node version
Performed some backend changes for optimisation
Paused store items no longer have the "Add to Cart" button on store and store category pages
Updated the staff pages search index
An audit off all back-end routes in FaxStore was conducted to update older formatted routes

Investigated a decodeURI() bug but was already patched
Fixed an issue where local user logins icon wouldn't load in headers
Fixed a Discord JS error that would populate when a unknown role was provided. This error is now also silenced
