FaxDesk is aimed to bring support to one location and platform. With full form creation and the ability to view submitted forms FaxDesk makes it easy to manage everything from support tickets, applications, to reports, or anything that requires a form to be filled out.

Additionally, FaxDesk also offers article creation in documentation forms with the ability to use markdown for formatting. With this feature support content can be published by system staff to provide better assistance to end users.

Requirements

  • A VPS or dedicated server (Ubuntu 24.04 recommended)

  • A domain name

  • A Discord account
